Baby Steps, and moving forward

I am going to do this blog in English. I can type faster in English than Japanese. After 30 years of practice, I guess it is a natural behavior.

Several things happened this week. First of all, I got my VISA to live and work in Japan. It is a good feel that I can actually earn some incomes, have an insurance (Japan has National Insurance System at the fraction of cost, comparing to ones in the USA), and create a bank account. Also, we had a small gathering to celebrate my appointment as CEO of the Insight Learning inc.. Not a huge party, but there were many important people, who made this company successful in the past, and who supported my parents over years. It was also great to hear many stories how my parents supported and helped others in the past.

This reminded me of how important people are in our life, and when we work together in harmony, we can create something great. I have mostly been working alone for a couple month now, in order to establish myself and rebuild the company. This event really refocused what I need to do for our next steps. I have been blessed to have so many people, who worked with me to build many great events and concerts in the past. I won't name people, but you know who you are. I also need to build bridges here in Japan, so we can achieve something greater.

No matter where we go or live, people are beautiful. We can work together, and build something special. It had been my mission, and it will continue to be my mission.
